On a more personal note:

For myself, although merely a layperson as well as an amateur political observer, my long held personal belief as well as theory concerning the U.S. Constitution as well as the
Bill of Rights was that these were established to be more along the lines of a foundation of our form of government with which to be built upon whether for those times as well as for future generations to come and were not necessarily imposed, nor intended, to act as a highly rigid as well as restrictive ceiling upon the same
