Update: After reading about how others had received notification from Q Link Wireless concerning StandUp Wireless earlier this month, I checked my email archives and found the notification that I hadn't quite understood at the time and apparently forgotten afterwards (because I hadn't heard or read anything about what was going on up to then; partial, redacted, screenshot of email).
